FOR ADULTS

In-Person Dementia Assessment

A 90-minute, in-person memory assessment at our London clinic for adults concerned about memory changes, confusion, word-finding difficulties, or changes in thinking, behaviour, or day-to-day functioning.

Many people find it easier to talk face-to-face, particularly when concerns feel complex or distressing. Our in-person Adult Dementia Assessment provides a calm, confidential setting to explore symptoms in detail, understand likely causes, and agree a clear plan.

To arrange your online dementia assessment, please select a suitable date and time, then follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Please Note: We do not accept insurance payments for this type of appointment.
