A 60-minute, in-person psychiatric consultation at our London clinic for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD or OCD.

Many people find it easier to talk about their mental health in person. Our in-person Adult Psychiatric Initial Assessment offers a calm, confidential space to explore what has been happening, understand your symptoms and agree a clear plan for treatment and support.

You’ll receive links to pre-assessment forms

You’ll receive links to one pre-assessment form which needs to be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Attend Appointment

Your in-person psychiatric assessment lasts 60 minutes at our London clinic – 98 Crawford Street, Marylebone, London W1H 2HL. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of your appointment.

Receive Your Diagnosis

Your clinician will discuss their findings and provide a personalised treatment plan. You’ll also receive a detailed diagnostic report, usually within 10 days of your appointment.

Treatment (Optional)

Treatment options, including medication and non-pharmacological approaches, are available. These will be discussed with your consultant to create a plan tailored to your individual needs.

Your clinician may suggest medication or other non-pharmacological approaches. Once medication has optimised, with consent we’ll contact your GP to request a Shared Care agreement. Subject to agreement, this helps ensure long-term, affordable continuity of treatment.
