Dr Ramesh is a general adult psychiatrist, with specialist experience in the assessment and management of adult ADHD.
He graduated in Medicine from Imperial College London, holds a First-Class intercalated degree in Psychology from King’s College London, and is an alumnus of the Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Leadership & Management Fellowship.
Dr Ramesh has extensive experience of working within a dedicated NHS Adult ADHD service, including liaison with GPs and wider mental health services. He believes in a personalised, strengths-based approach to ADHD care, recognising that each person’s journey is unique. As a dual trained old age psychiatrist, Dr Ramesh has direct experience in how the patterns of challenges with neurodiversity can evolve across the lifespan.
Having also held a role in the tech industry, Dr Ramesh understands the impact of neurodevelopmental conditions on high-functioning adults working in demanding environments. Beyond ADHD, his clinical expertise spans the full spectrum of adult mental health, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, trauma, and substance misuse. He has a particular interest in the presentations that fall between diagnostic boundaries, a reality for many neurodiverse people.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr Ramesh has extensive experience in medical education, and remains involved in delivering courses for doctors training in psychiatry.
