Dr Khurram Sadiq is a Consultant Neurodevelopmental Psychiatrist, multi-award winner author, International Speaker and global communicator best known for reshaping modern understanding of Autism, ADHD and the emerging clinical identity of AuDHD.
With a background spanning clinical leadership, academic research, digital transformation, and international human rights advocacy, he is recognised as one of the most prominent neurodiversity voices in the UK.
As ADHD Medical Lead of one of the NHS Foundation Trust, Dr Sadiq rebuilt the service from the ground up expanding capacity, integrating digital AI-supported workflows, redesigning patient journeys, and reducing waiting lists from 67+ months to under 10 months.
He has won multiple national awards, including RCPsych Team of the Year awards (Working Adult Category) 2024, RCPsych Psychiatric Communicator of the Year 2025 and SEL Inclusive Inspirational Leader of the year 2025.
Dr Sadiq has delivered 7 TEDx talks – including When Order and Anarchy Live Together (2022) and Believe – The AuDHD Way (2025) and was invited to speak at UNESCO in Paris (2024) and the United Nations in Vienna (2024 & 2025). He has trained policymakers, clinicians, educators, corporate leaders, and global disability rights networks across Spain, France, Pakistan, the US, and the UK.

His debut book, Explaining AuDHD, has rapidly become a cornerstone resource for clinicians, educators, and families, noted for translating complex neuroscience into accessible human language.
He is currently completing an MSc in Neurodevelopmental Sciences, focusing on the phenotype and diagnostic complexities of co-occurring Autism and ADHD.
