At ADHD Health Clinic, our autism assessments are designed to be clear, respectful and rooted in clinical best practice. All assessments are delivered online, providing convenience, discretion and nationwide accessibility.
Your assessment will be carried out by a highly experienced consultant psychiatrist with specialist expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions. By combining medical, psychological and behavioural insight, they deliver a comprehensive and clinically robust evaluation that meets NICE guidelines.
Once your referral is confirmed, you’ll be asked to complete a series of pre-assessment forms. These help your clinician understand your developmental background, lived experience and any traits you may identify with.
The assessment itself is a 90-minute online video consultation. During this session, your clinician will explore areas such as your early development, communication style, sensory preferences, routines and any challenges in day-to-day functioning. The process includes a structured diagnostic interview tailored for adults.
After the appointment, you’ll receive a detailed diagnostic report outlining the findings, conclusions and personalised recommendations based on your individual profile.
