If your child has been diagnosed by ADHD Health Clinic and requires further support, our online follow-up appointments are designed to continue your child’s care seamlessly.
These 20-minute appointments are an essential part of your ongoing treatment plan, including a prescription and a summary letter of appointment.
Follow-up appointments are exclusively for existing clients; new clients are encouraged to begin with a comprehensive ADHD assessment.
Simply select the clinician who diagnosed your child at your initial assessment, choose a suitable date and time, then follow the instructions to complete your payment. You can choose to pay in full, or take advantage of Klarna’s flexible options.
To schedule your Follow-Up Appointment, YOU NEED TO SELECT THE CLINICIAN WHO DIAGNOSED YOUR CHILD AT THEIR INITIAL ASSESSMENT.
