Liz has a keen interest in how individuals process and make sense of an ADHD diagnosis, as well as how they incorporate ADHD into their personal and professional identities. Diagnosed with ADHD herself four years ago, Liz focused her Master’s research on exploring the diagnostic experiences of women with ADHD.
Specialising in working with individuals recently diagnosed, many who are multiply neurodivergent, Liz partners with her clients to explore their career stories, develop sustainable working practices, and challenge neuronormative expectations they may have on placed on themselves. She supports those seeking change in their professional lives, whether through small, impactful adjustments to daily routines and ways of working or navigating significant career transitions.
