These online sessions are available for adults and children who would like support with emotional wellbeing and day-to-day challenges. Sessions may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, depending on your needs and the areas you would like to work on.

Dr Boyana Ivanovich Bio

Boyana has over 10 years of experience in supporting children, young people and adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, stress and low mood. She specialises in working with autism, ADHD and trauma.

Her passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals is informed by both her extensive professional experience and personal insight, including lived experience of ADHD within her family.

Boyana takes a collaborative, client-centred approach with clients to make sense of their experiences and identify what is most helpful for them. She draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and uses evidence-based methods to provide effective, personalised support in a flexible way that is relevant to your everyday life.
